Its amazing! their english is native AND they also speak spanish (some even french and portuguese)... so needless to say I highly recommend them. Excellent review! I've realized in this business that you do need the more dedicated VA if you are looking at Outsourcing as more of a long-term set-up. Saying that, using a company with round-the-clock assistant ready and waiting for you can be handy.
